I don't know the details of George's condition since this is my first time here, but I've read a few of your posts and I'm glad to hear some GOOD NEWS about someone's illness. Wishing your George continued wellness! And enjoy California! Man, it's been really warm here lately. If you see Oprah while you're in Santa Barbara, tell her I said hello and that she still owes me twelve bucks.

well, i think that SoCal is the prefect place to be for trements and recouping after them. how relaxing to be walking along the beach---and right now is pretty perfect b/c it is not stiffling hot any more...and there aren't as many tourisits.

I'll say a prayer for your husband's continued health and your peace throught this.
My brother spent 3 weeks at an alternative cancer treatment center just over the Mexican border, but run by San Diego doctors. He felt amazing after the 2nd week. He followed the program for a year his brain cancer/tumor has shown no signs of growth. while on traditional chemo it continued to grow. I'm not sure what treatment type you are doing now, but it sounds similar. Keep up the smiles, positive attitude and by the way, Happy Featured Blogger Day!

I love that pic with the tall legs..thats so funny! So happy to hear that the therapy for George is working. We are dealing with a family illness as well, my son was diagnosed with Eosinophilic Gastroenteritus. It also has to do with white blood cells..but too many! And the kind that have to do with food alergies and intollerances. Dealing with chronic illness is very tough, so I feel for you guys and am very happy to hear that your trip and his treatment have brought you good news! Hang in there!
